About our services
Whishess provides premium gift wrapping services in Kota, Rajasthan, including wedding, festive, corporate, birthday, and bespoke wrapping. We wrap items you provide — we do not sell gift products unless agreed separately.
Orders & enquiries
- Orders are confirmed once we acknowledge your enquiry and agree on style, timeline, and pricing.
- Please share accurate gift details, dimensions, and occasion requirements.
- Typical turnaround is 1–2 days; urgent requests are subject to availability.
- Large wedding, festival, or corporate orders should be booked in advance.
Pricing & payment
- Pricing depends on gift size, materials, complexity, and quantity.
- Quotes are shared before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment is generally due on collection or delivery via UPI or cash, unless alternate terms are confirmed for bulk orders.
Pickup, delivery & handover
- Home pickup and delivery may be available across Kota — details confirmed at booking.
- You are responsible for ensuring gifts are handed over in acceptable condition for wrapping.
- Please inspect wrapped items at collection. Report any concerns promptly.
Customer responsibilities
- Disclose fragile, valuable, or perishable items before wrapping.
- Ensure you have the right to submit any personal data shared through our forms.
- Collect orders within the agreed timeframe unless delivery is arranged.
Cancellations & changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as early as possible. If wrapping has already started or materials have been purchased, partial charges may apply.
Limitation of liability
We handle every gift with care, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or loss arising from incorrect information provided by the customer. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the service fee paid for the specific order.
Intellectual property
All website content, branding, photos, and designs on whishess.in belong to Whishess unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
